Communique Amending the Communique on Signing of Articles of Association Before Trade Registries Has Been Published on the Official Gazette on 22.07.2020

Pursuant to the amending Communique, Article 13.6 of the the Communique on Signing of Articles of Association Before Trade Registries has been amended, in order to ease bureaucratical formalities, as well as expediting procedure concerning formation of companies.

In this perspective, an authorized signature holder, who is abroad, may provide its Signature Circular by having such approved by competent Turkish diplomatic mission or authorized authority in that relevant country. That said, it is important to note that Signature Circular shall be formally approved by Turkish diplomatic mission or pursuant to The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents. Then, Signature Circular shall be provided to the Trade Registry, accompanied by its notarized Turkish translation.
